Click here to view and print our Registration Form.  Please mail the completed card to "Washington Cotillion, 2813 Jutland Road, Kensington, MD 20895" with your check in the amount of $200.00 to enroll your child for the scheduled classes which correspond with the school year.  After first day of class, the price is $250.00 per child.  To register after the school year has begun, please call (301) 942-1337 and ask Mr. Hammond for a pro rated price.
